After years of traveling, we made the decision to open As We Flow, the first coliving concept in North Sardinia. Our vision was to create a place that brings peace and inspiration while offering all the comforts of a true home —where you can work seamlessly with good Wi-Fi, feel supported by a warm community, and be inspired daily by breathtaking sea views and an exceptional location.
Following a deep research, Sardinia came up as our ideal destination. It’s a haven for outdoor enthusiasts and nature lovers alike, offering endless opportunities for exploration and adventure. Rooted in a strong culture and community, and complemented by the region’s amazing cuisine, Sardinia’s magic embraced us deeply, and we hope it will do the same for you.

Welcome to our Sardinian coliving experience, in the heart of Costa Smeralda area of North Sardinia. Here, we’ve established a cozy hub for cooperation, connection, and creation, where the wild beauty of nature meets the warmth of community.
Our coliving space, which is situated above the crystal clear Mediterranean sea, provides the ideal fusion of adventure and peace of mind. You will be surrounded by the beauty of Sardinia’s coastline, with Cala Granu beach only a short walk from home, and by the warmth of our community – that will make you feel home away from home.
Visit us and take in the peacefulness of our location as well as the exciting outdoor activities we provide all week long — perfect for those who love the great outdoors and the wild nature!

At As We Flow Coliving we have 1 single room and 3 double rooms (one of them with ensuite bathroom).
Bed linens and bathroom towels are included.

Prices starts from €40/night and vary depending on the length of your stay, number of guests, and any discounts applied.

Take a look at our rooms: they are all on the ground floor. We’ll reserve a specific room for you and share photos so you’ll know exactly where you’ll be staying. While we typically work in common spaces, we can add a desk to your room upon request.
The house is developed on the ground floor. Some rooms have direct access to the patio and garden. The house includes a kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, and common areas for relaxing, working, eating, and spending time together.
